I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to support clients throughout the marine and super-yacht industry.
If you need an experienced chartered marine engineer for project management, build co-ordination, specifications and development, then I’d love to talk to you.
Whether it is managing your project, bringing in specific expertise or assisting with high workloads, I come in to support organisations where they need it most.
I could be reporting to the board in the morning and inspecting tanks in the afternoon - and I’m equally happy and adept at doing both!
We have completed complex projects timely & against the odds; without compromising on quality, whilst staying on budget.
My drive, determination, flexibility and problem- solving help to ensure the projects that I manage are run successfully.
Group dynamics and corporate culture are extremely important and I’m happy to work with that reality.
Alongside project and production management, I often act as an intermediate between design and production.
My knowledge and experience mean I can deal effectively with with regulators and regulations.
I’m confident and comfortable with setting up project structures and teams, executing the scope, and finally wrapping up the project and the team.
I’m regularly called in to assist when projects have space for improvement.
